Marketplace role
EcoTrade Hub provides infrastructure for listings, demand, offers, orders, protected payments, logistics and disputes. Participants remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of their commitments.
Orders, payment and escrow
Commercial price, seller and availability are resolved from authoritative server records. Browser callbacks are not payment proof. Verified funds may remain in escrow until buyer delivery confirmation or an authorised dispute resolution.
Disputes and withdrawals
Active disputes freeze releasable escrow. Withdrawals reserve available wallet funds until finance review and provider completion; failed or reversed payouts are reconciled through the durable ledger.
Legal review
These terms reflect current product mechanics and should receive Nigerian commercial and consumer-law review before final production acceptance.
